1. Do I have to pay a participation fee for contests?

No, we never charge specialists a participation fee. However, when a designer wins a monetary prize at the end of the contest, whether they are a single winner or win the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize, or receive any bonus, we charge a 10% service and handling fee from the amount. 

2. How is the prize money distributed in contests?

The top 3 ranked specialists will receive monetary rewards: the winner will receive 60%, the runner-up 30%, and the third place 10% of the reward. However, if the client chooses a single winner, the first-place winner will receive 100% of the reward. 

3. How can I withdraw my money?

All your earnings will be transferred via PayPal or to the bank account number you provided after the prizes are announced, typically within 5-7 working days. All winners will be contacted by Arxilab via a confirmation email when the payment is being processed.
