1. Specialist Account Activation

To participate in contests, each Specialist makes a one-time account activation payment of $10. Your account remains active permanently with no monthly fees.

2. Participation Limit (10 Parallel Project Slots)

After activation, you receive 10 Project Slots, allowing you to work on up to 10 contests simultaneously.

• How it works: When you click “Join Contest,” 1 slot is used.

• Slot refund: Once you upload your work, the slot is automatically released.

• Conclusion: As long as you submit your work, you will never permanently run out of slots.

3. Submission Commitment & Penalties

To maintain Owner trust, Arxilab enforces strict commitment rules:

• Violation (Ghosting): Registering but failing to submit work by the deadline.

• Penalty: Each violation permanently reduces your maximum slot capacity by 5 slots.

Example: If you originally had 10 slots and commit one violation, your maximum capacity becomes 5 slots.

4. Winner Terms & Platform Commission

• Winners receive their prize as stated in the contest.

• Arxilab charges a 10% service fee from the prize amount for system maintenance and platform operations.

5. How is prize money distributed?

• 1st Place: 60%

• 2nd Place: 30%

• 3rd Place: 10%

If the Owner selects only one winner, the first-place winner receives 100% of the prize.

6. How can I withdraw my prize?

Prizes are transferred to your registered bank account or PayPal within 5–7 business days after winner announcement and document submission. Winners receive a confirmation email once payment is processed.
