Updating Account Information

Arxilab allows you to change or correct your personal information at any time. To do so, simply log into your Arxilab account, go to your profile, and you will find options to edit the information you have submitted.


Opt-In/Opt-Out Policy

When you complete a profile or register on the Site, you will be given several choices about whether you want to receive certain types of communication from us and/or our business partners and advertisers. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you can choose not to participate by responding "no" or clicking the appropriate opt-out box. By choosing to receive communications, you authorize Arxilab, our business partners, and our advertisers to send selected communications.

We reserve the right to send communications related to our Site and services, or notify you about changes to the Site or other events that may affect your access or use of the Site (such as service announcements, administrative notices, and the like) without offering the opportunity to opt out of receiving such communications.

If after choosing to receive communications from us and/or our business partners, you wish to discontinue participating in the Arxilab network or stop receiving communications in the future, you can do so at any time. To do so, simply log into your Arxilab network account, go to your profile, and you will find options to edit your opt-in preferences.


Internet Protocol (IP) Address and Aggregate User Data

We collect the IP addresses of all Site Users, as well as collect and monitor other data and information about User activities on the Site collectively. We only use this data anonymously and in aggregate. This data is not used to track or monitor the personal information of individual Users. We collect and monitor this data to analyze trends, manage the Site, identify Users as they visit the Site, track User movements on the Site, and collect demographic information overall. We may share this information with our partners so that they too can understand our User base and usage patterns on the Site, but only in an aggregate, aggregated, and non-disclosing manner of personal information about individual Users.


Cookies

Cookies are small text files recorded on a user's hard drive, used by thousands of sites to enhance the user's web experience Arxilab. Accounts containing your registration information, profile, and resume are protected by passwords, so only you (or the third party you provide the password to) can access your account. All personal information we collect about you is stored on servers with limited access. This site has technical, administrative, and physical security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control.

Arxilab does not collect or store Specific Personal Information that is exempted (such as account numbers, PayPal, debit/credit card numbers). When you purchase products or services online on the Site using a credit card, your credit card information is processed through a third-party service company that uses encryption to protect that information. Encryption makes it difficult for unauthorized third parties to intercept or steal your credit card information while it is being transmitted. Arxilab does not process or store credit card information on the Site.


Privacy Policy Changes

We may need or feel appropriate from time to time to modify this privacy policy to reflect changes in how we collect or use information or changes in laws, regulations, or industry privacy standards. Therefore, we reserve the right to change this privacy statement at any time by posting the updated policy on this Site. Information will be handled in accordance with the privacy statement in effect at the time the information is used. Your continued use of our Site after changes to the privacy policy are posted means you accept.
