​​Arxilab provides a professional, transparent, and fair architecture & design contest platform. Below is the complete workflow from launch to final delivery:

1. Contest Launch (Owner)

The Owner fills in the project brief and determines the prize amount.

• Payment: Owner pays the Prize Amount + 10% Platform Fee. (Example: Prize $300 + Fee $30 = Total $330).

• Verification: Once payment is verified, the contest is published and enters Stage 1.

2. Stage 1: Selection & Portfolio (3–7 Days)
Specialists begin registering for the contest.

• Specialist Requirement: Specialists must activate a lifetime account ($10), which grants 10 parallel Project Slots.

• Stage 1 Output: Relevant portfolio and mockup (rough sketches or concept samples) based on the brief.

• Slot Management: One slot is locked upon registration and automatically returned after the mockup is submitted.

3. Stage 2: Detailed Execution (1–4 Weeks)
The Owner selects the best candidates (shortlist) from Stage 1.

• Work Focus: Only shortlisted Specialists proceed with in-depth project development, ensuring efficiency and preventing work exploitation.

• Collaboration: Owners can communicate with shortlisted Specialists via a dedicated discussion forum to provide feedback or revisions.

• Commitment Rule: Any shortlisted Specialist who fails to submit final work (ghosting) will receive a permanent deduction of 5 Project Slots.

4. Winner Selection & File Delivery
After Stage 2 concludes and final submissions are received:

• Selection: The Owner has 7 business days to choose 1–3 winners.

• File Transfer: Winners upload master files and technical documents through the Arxilab system.

• Completion: Once files are verified by both the Owner and Arxilab, prize funds are released to the Specialists.

• Service Fee: A 10% commission is deducted from the prize received by the Specialist as a winner service fee.

5. Additional Benefits & Exposure

• All submitted designs are displayed in the Arxilab project gallery, providing additional exposure and opportunities to attract new Owners.

• Owners can leave reviews and testimonials for Specialists and received documents.

• Specialists can build a professional portfolio from completed contests on Arxilab.
